2022 Annual Volunteer Work Summary Conference
Newsletter from Xintian Community, Huafu Street, January 13th. The Xintian Community Party Committee held a 2022 volunteer summary work commendation meeting this afternoon. Xintian Community has more than 230 registered volunteers, including more than 120 elderly volunteers.
At the summary and commendation meeting, Liu Zhongkui, Secretary of the Xintian Community Party Committee, gave instructions, especially on the work of the Xintian Elderly Association. The contributions of elderly friend volunteers are highly valued and affirmed. And certificates of honor were issued to 40 outstanding award-winning volunteers.
These 40 outstanding volunteers were selected from 230 volunteers in order of their service experience. These 40 outstanding volunteers are all elderly friends. Most of them are members of the Communist Party of China, retired military volunteers, and some are party branch secretaries, branch members, and key elderly friends. People who have made special contributions to the Xintian community.
At the meeting, we watched photos and videos of past volunteer activities, and award-winning outstanding volunteers Chen Bao, Li Tieyan, and Chen Fengfu made speeches based on their own experiences as volunteers. President Zan Shiqing made a summary speech on the contributions of the volunteers among the elderly friends, and called on all volunteers to continue their efforts to make the Communist Party flag of the Xintian Senior Friends Communist Party members brighter.
The red vests of volunteers are even redder. Wearing protective gear is the most glorious. All work achievements and victory belong to our Xintian people. The red vests of volunteers will always be popular in Xintian community. The event ended with a sign language song of thank you, and the event was a great success.
