From December 13th to 15th, 2022, the Shenzhen Migratory Elderly Crossball Association held a three-day "Provincial Golfers" croquet tournament at the beautiful four-continuous croquet court in Zhongshan Park. Senior croquet players from all over the world are eager to form teams and sign up. A total of 40 teams and more than 200 athletes, referees and staff participated in this event.
For many years, the Municipal Migratory Birds Senior Croquet Association has adhered to the concept of "shenzhen people when you come" and has regarded improving the quality of life of senior gateball players as the purpose of the association's work. Through a series of practices such as making friends with the ball, talking about nostalgia, passing on friendship, and enjoying fitness, elderly goalball players from all over the country are gathered on the green field. They actively planned to overcome the impact of the epidemic in Bobo and proactively communicated with relevant departments to allow the planned events to be implemented. This event received strong support from the Nanshan District Croquet Association.
After three days and 92 fierce competitions in this exchange, Guangdong Zhanjiang team won the championship, Hubei team 3 won runner-up, Hunan Xiaoxiang team and Hunan team 1 won third and fourth place respectively.
